a) By utilizing the features and services provided by Clippy Discord bot ("the Bot"), you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
b) If you do not consent to these terms, please refrain from using the Bot.
c) Your continued use of Clippy indicates your acceptance of any modifications made to these terms with or without prior notification.

2. Changes to Terms

a) The Developers ("We") reserve the right to amend or replace these terms at our discretion.
b) Any alterations will be effective immediately upon posting.
c) It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
d) Your continued use of Clippy after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Use of Clippy

a) Clippy is intended for personal or non-commercial purposes.
b) You may not use Clippy for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
c) We reserve the right to terminate your access to Clippy if, in our sole discretion, we believe you are in violation of these terms.

b) These are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
c) Without explicit permission, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Clippy.

6. Clippy Features and Limitations

a) We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of Clippy at any time.
b) While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, Clippy is provided "as is."
c) We make no warranties regarding its accuracy, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
d) We reserve the right to take action and modify guild settings, features, components and members in case of behavior, misuse and/or misconduct and any other relevant activity.

7. Liability

a) We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Clippy.
b) We are also not responsible for any content posted by users through Clippy.
c) Users assume full responsibility for their interactions and the consequences of their actions while using the Bot.
c) We cannot be held liable to damage to the guild due to bugs/glitches/errors that may occur while using the Bot.

8. Privacy

a) We collect and process personal information in compliance with our Privacy Policy
b) By using Clippy, users consent to the collection and utilization of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

a) We reserve the right to terminate user and/or guild access to Clippy for any reason and without prior notice.
b) Termination may occur if a user is found in violation of these terms or engages in any activity that poses a risk to the proper functioning of Clippy, or violates Discords Terms of Service.
